The core curriculum of the complete comprehensive series of courses consists of 8 parts. The following process must be followed to complete the study: Introductory Pilates online course (Gateway Pilates Online), Introductory Mat course 1 (Gateway Mat 1), Introductory equipment course (Gateway Equipment), PP Online course, Studio/Rehabilitation basic course, Studio/Rehabilitation advanced course 1, Studio/Rehabilitation advanced course 2. After completing this series of courses, students will be eligible to take the Studio or Rehabilitation Comprehensive examination to obtain professional qualifications.
Studio students and rehabilitation students will attend classes together, but the rehabilitation program will have a customized training track for physical therapists and medical professionals who want to incorporate Pilates into their clinical practice.

Content
This course encompasses more than 150 of the original and evolved Pilates exercises as well as hundreds of variations and modifications. Our teaching method is interactive, helping you assess the whole person – physically, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually. The educational approach incorporates:
- discussion forum
- labs (doing, observing, teaching)
- problem solving (utilizing case studies and deductive reasoning)
- hands-on teaching (group and individuals)
- assessment skills
- principles of neuro-linguistics (modeling, sequencing and structuring information, and maintaining appropriate learning states)
To graduate you will be required to complete, at your own expense, the required number of hours of observation, self-mastery and apprentice teaching. You will also need an educator/mentor to check-off all of the exercises listed in your course logbook for teaching and demonstration.
Requirements
- 25 hours of private or group Pilates classes.
- Basic knowledge of Anatomy or Anatomy Course.
- For Rehab Course – Licensed or certified health care professional (MD, PT, DO, DC, ATC). All other applicants qualify for the Studio diploma.
Objectives
- Identify principles of biomechanics, kinesiology, motor learning, and neuromuscular facilitation techniques that can aid logical reasoning.
- Designs training/therapy sessions designed to solve problems and meet client goals.
- Understand the preparations and contraindications for Pilates exercises.
- Class setting and exercise sequence.
- Youtou’s explanation and tactile experience are combined with visual experience to promote the accurate completion of movements.
- All projects are put into practice through the use of case studies.
- Modify exercise content for all types of people.

- Fitness instructors, rehabilitation physicians and other movement instructors (such as yoga and dance) who want to teach Pilates using all of the fitness studio equipment.
