With a profound journey that began in 2009, Ceci’s commitment to the Pilates
discipline has transformed her life and propelled her into a career dedicated to
inspiring others.

Ceci’s Pilates journey commenced as a personal quest to find relief from
scoliosis. Her discovery of Pilates not only alleviated her condition but ignited
a deep passion within her. After five years of dedicated practice, she
transitioned her love for Pilates into a full-fledged career.

Ceci’s commitment to her craft led her to complete comprehensive training in
the Polestar Pilates Mat, Reformer, and Studio programs. This rigorous
education armed her with in-depth knowledge and the necessary skills to
become a skilled and empathetic educator.

In 2017, Ceci Lam founded Pilates House Macau, with a clear vision – to
introduce the transformative power of Pilates to Macau and create a hub for
professional Pilates practice. Beyond this, she aspired to provide
opportunities for local fitness enthusiasts, nurturing their talents and guiding
them towards fulfilling careers.

Today, Ceci Lam serves as an esteemed educator at Polestar Pilates Asia,
where she imparts her wisdom, experience, and passion for Pilates to aspiring
practitioners and educators. Her journey from enthusiastic student to
dedicated educator exemplifies the incredible potential that lies within the
world of Pilates.
