COMPREHENSIVE INSTRUCTOR TRAINING COURSE
The Polestar Pilates Comprehensive course is the most comprehensive and advanced option offered by Polestar Pilates. Polestar Pilates Comprehensive programs provide in-depth instruction in Pilates principles, techniques and practice, using the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Mat and small props. This course is designed for individuals who want the most in-depth course available. The gold standard in Pilates courses.

Fitness instructors, movement professionals, rehabilitation therapists, and sports coaches interested in teaching equipment-based Pilates in a one on one environment.
MAT INSTRUCTOR TRAINING COURSE
The Polestar Pilates Mat course focuses solely on exercises performed on a Pilates mat, using no equipment and relying solely on gravity and the mat to support your body during various movements. It is not required to start with the Mat course although many people do, since it is the most accessible in terms of time and cost.

REFORMER INSTRUCTOR TRAINING COURSE
The worldwide Pilates Reformer market is going through a boom right now. Join our Pilates Reformer Instructor Training and stay ahead of the curve. The Polestar Pilates Reformer course focuses on exercises performed using the Pilates Reformer, a specialized piece of equipment with a sliding carriage and various springs for resistance.

PILATES CERTIFICATION EXAMS
Students can register for Pilates certification exams within 12 months of completing your final module. We conduct examinations to assess the proficiency and competence of aspiring Pilates instructors. PRE-REQUISITES
Our courses are structured to support even those with little Pilates experience, starting with introductory Gateway courses that gradually build in complexity. Before enrolling, you should have a basic understanding of anatomy and at least 25 hours of Pilates class experience, preferably with a Polestar teacher.

What is the registration deadline for the pilates instructor course in HK?
There is no specific registration deadline, but we recommend registering early due to the following:
- Limited spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Early bird discount deadlines.
- A reasonable preparation time is recommended before the course starts.
Can students use Polestar’s studios for practice without extra charges?
Polestar’s partner venues offer spaces for students to study and practice, subject to availability. Some venues may charge a small fee for practice time, but certain locations in Hong Kong do not charge. Please check our FAQ or check with the respective partner venues for details.
Can I manage work and study simultaneously?
Polestar’s curriculum is flexible, as opposed to fixed. Each series (Mat, Studio, Reformer and Rehabilitation) comprises weekend modules that accommodate busy lifestyles. Required study hours can be done on your own time and at your own schedule.
