What is the registration deadline for the pilates instructor course in HK?
There is no specific registration deadline, but we recommend registering early due to the following:
- Limited spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Early bird discount deadlines.
- A reasonable preparation time is recommended before the course starts.
Can students use Polestar’s studios for practice without extra charges?
Polestar’s partner venues offer spaces for students to study and practice, subject to availability. Some venues may charge a small fee for practice time, but certain locations in Hong Kong do not charge. Please check our FAQ or check with the respective partner venues for details.
Can I manage work and study simultaneously?
Polestar’s curriculum is flexible, as opposed to fixed. Each series (Mat, Studio, Reformer and Rehabilitation) comprises weekend modules that accommodate busy lifestyles. Required study hours can be done on your own time and at your own schedule.
