COMPREHENSIVE INSTRUCTOR TRAINING COURSE
The Polestar Pilates Comprehensive course is the most comprehensive and advanced option offered by Polestar Pilates. Polestar Pilates Comprehensive programs provide in-depth instruction in Pilates principles, techniques and practice, using the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Mat and small props. PILATES MAT INSTRUCTOR TRAINING COURSE
The Polestar Pilates Mat course focuses solely on exercises performed on a Pilates mat, using no equipment and relying solely on gravity and the mat to support your body during various movements. It is not required to start with the Mat course although many people do, since it is the most accessible in terms of time and cost.

PILATES REFORMER INSTRUCTOR TRAINING COURSE

PILATES CERTIFICATION EXAMS
Students can register for Pilates certification exams within 12 months of completing your final module. What is the registration deadline for the pilates instructor course in HK?
There is no specific registration deadline, but we recommend registering early due to the following:
- Limited spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Early bird discount deadlines.
- A reasonable preparation time is recommended before the course starts.
Can students use Polestar’s studios for practice without extra charges?
Polestar’s partner venues offer spaces for students to study and practice, subject to availability. Some venues may charge a small fee for practice time, but certain locations in Hong Kong do not charge. Please check our FAQ or check with the respective partner venues for details.
Can I manage work and study simultaneously?
Polestar’s curriculum is flexible, as opposed to fixed. Each series (Mat, Studio, Reformer and Rehabilitation) comprises weekend modules that accommodate busy lifestyles. Required study hours can be done on your own time and at your own schedule.
