Give a Hand to the Core

In Pilates we usually look at feet …now we will be looking at the hand and how the hand connects to fascial system of the upper extremities down into your heart. Creative moves and exercises will be taught with a ‘different’ approach to stimulate, challenge and assist clients in becoming better movers. Basic anatomy and pathologies of the upper extremities will be discussed in conjunction to an exciting new way of ‘harnessing’ better and more efficient movers.

Serafino Ambrosio
Serafino, owner of two Pilates and GYROTONIC® Studios in Rome Italy, has always been active in the Fitness and Wellness industry. Having completed his Bachelor of Education in PE and Dance in Australia, and having been certified by VICFIT, ACE and PMA, his interest and love for teaching movement and being involved in movement lead him to win titles in Aerobic Championships in Australia and Italy. Currently a Polestar Educator and Licensee for Polestar Pilates Italy, Serafino has travelled the world teaching core curriculum and a variety of workshops in the Pilates Method.
