Become a Pilates Teacher! Polestar Pilates Comprehensive programs provide in-depth instruction in Pilates principles, techniques and practice, using the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Mat and small props.
Become a Pilates Mat Teacher! The Mat program provides instruction in Pilates principles, techniques and practice with emphasis on group dynamics for the Pilates Mat. The Pilates Mat program consists of 2 two-day (16 hour) course modules.
