Julie Zhou

Julie is a professional dancer. Since 2011, she has become attached to pilates. With her obsession with this scientific and accurate movement, she has decided to study systematically and start teaching in pilates. Always maintain this original intention and strive for excellence in every customer’s training, using precise actions to quickly and effectively help customers solve problems.

Julie’s teaching philosophy coincides with the purpose of the Polestar system. In 2016, she completed three courses: Mat, Transformer, and Studio, and obtained certification with excellent results. Join EC Pilates and assist the South China region in actively promoting Polestar system courses, helping many outstanding students successfully complete certification and join the Polestar family

Julie是一位专业的舞者，从2011开始结缘普拉提，带着对这项科学、精准运动的痴迷，决定系统的学习并且开始普拉提的教学。始终保持这份初衷对每一位客户的训练都精益求精，用精准的动作快速有效的帮助到客户解决问题。

Julie的教学理念和Polestar 体系宗旨不谋而合，2016年先后分别完成Mat，Reformer，Studio三个课程，并以优异的成绩获得认证资格。加入EC pilates并协助华南区积极推广Polestar 体系课程，帮助很多优秀学员成功完成认证，加入到Polestar大家庭
