Allan is a spine and sports rehabilitation specialist as well as a certified Pilates instructor. Allan was first introduced to Pilates and its application on rehabilitation when he had a continuing training program in Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, USA. After then and came back to Taipei, he set up the Rehabilitation Exercise Center in Wan Fang Medical Center in 2002 and his own Pilates studio, Core Pilates studio in Taipei in 2006.
Allan has a regular spine and sports clinic at Wan Fang medical center, musculoskeletal sonography clinic and EMG clinics. Besides the medical part, Allan also regularly teaches Pilates and uses Pilates as a movement training and re-education tool to help his clients and patients.
