It may well be that you would like to take the next step and find out what it is like to actually teach others or just to be able to have a greater understanding of what is involved for yourself. Polestar Pilates has designed a programme just for you. The genius is in the education structure and multimedia support materials which give you a simple yet complete introduction to Pilates.

The Gateway Pilates programme is designed for the individual who is interested in basic instruction in mat Pilates. Begin with an at home study preparation and then join us for a two-day course with experiential movement labs for a well-rounded introduction to Pilates.

You will learn different movement sequences through the course that you can immediately use for your own Pilates practise. Students will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of each course. Please note that these courses are Intro level courses and are not qualification courses.
