You have heard about the benefits of Pilates. It greatly enhances the quality of life and health in those who practice and teach regularly. You know you would like to be a Pilates Teacher and at the same time you find the investment of time and money to be overwhelming at this stage of your professional development.
필라테스의 이점에 대해 들어보셨을겁니다. 필라테스를 연습하고 가르치는 사람 모두 삶의 질과 건강이 크게 개선됩니다. 필라테스 강사가 되고 싶지만 전문적인 단계에 들어가는 많은 시간과 비용이 부담스러우실 수 있습니다.
Gateway Mat consists of 2 sections. They must be taken in the following order: Gateway Pilates Online, Gateway Mat 1. Students will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of each course. Please note that these courses are Intro level courses and are not qualification courses. Completion of the Gateway Mat component will enable the participant to go on to the full professional mat qualification.
게이트웨이 매트는 두 가지 섹션으로 구성되며 게이트웨이 필라테스 온라인(Gateway Pilates Online)및 게이트웨이 매트 1(Gateway Mat 1) 순서에 따라 진행됩니다. 각 과정 수료시 학생들은 수료증을 받게됩니다.이 과정은 초급레벨이며 자격증이발급되지 않는다는 점 유의하십시오. 게이트웨이 매트 과정을 이수한 참가자에게는 매트 전문가 자격증에 참가할 자격이 주어집니다.

- Gateway Pilates Online - This three hour on-line training is a requirement for all who attend any of the Gateway Pilates training courses. The on-line course consists of three lectures: Pilates history and evolution, Polestar movement principles and professional ethics and scope of practice. Each of these sections is followed by a brief written exam on-line.
- Gateway Mat 1 (GM1) - This two-day Pilates experience will teach you how to provide four basic Pilates Mat classes comprised of preparatory and original Pilates Mat exercises. The Gateway educator will provide ample experiences for real time practice of each of the 4 Pilates Mat sequences.
- 게이트웨이 필라테스 온라인(Gateway Pilates Online) – 게이트웨이 필라테스 교육 과정에 참석하는모든 참가자는 세시간 가량의 온라인교육과정을 수강해야합니다. 온라인 강의는 세 가지의 강좌, 즉 필라테스의 역사와 발전, Polestar 운동 원리, 직업윤리 및 실습영역으로 구성됩니다. 각 세션을 마치면 간단한 온라인 필기시험을 봐야 합니다.
- 게이트웨이 매트1(GM1) – 이틀에 걸친 필라테스 수업을 통해 준비 및 오리지널 필라테스매트 운동으로 구성된 네가지 기본필라테스매트 강의 제공방법을 알려드립니다. 게이트웨이 강사는 4가지의 필라테스 매트 시퀀스를 실시간 실습을 위해 충분한 경험을 제공합니다.

Requirements
- 25 hours of private or group Pilates classes
- Basic knowledge of Anatomy or Anatomy Course.
