You have heard about the benefits of Pilates. It greatly enhances the quality of life and health in those who practice and teach regularly. You know you would like to be a Pilates Teacher and at the same time you find the investment of time and money to be overwhelming at this stage of your professional development.
Gateway Equipment consists of 2 sections. They must be taken in the following order: Gateway Pilates Online, Gateway Equipment. Students will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of each course. Please note that these courses are Intro level courses and are not qualification courses. Completion of the Gateway Equipment component will enable the participant to go on to the full professional comprehensive qualification.
게이트웨이 기구는 두 섹션으로 구성되며 (게이트웨이 필라테스 온라인(Gateway Pilates Online) 및 게이트웨이 기구(Gateway Equipment))순서에 따라 진행됩니다. 각 과정 수료 시 학생들은 수료증을 받게 됩니다. 이 강의는 초급 레벨이며 자격증이 발급되지 않는다는 점에 유의하십시오. 게이트웨이 기구 과정을 이수한 참가자는 전문가 종합 자격증에 참가할 자격이 주어집니다.

- Gateway Pilates Online - This three hour on-line training is a requirement for all who attend any of the Gateway Pilates training courses. The on-line course consists of three lectures: Pilates history and evolution, Polestar movement principles and professional ethics and scope of practice. Each of these sections is followed by a brief written exam on-line.
- 게이트웨이 필라테스 온라인(Gateway Pilates Online) – 게이트웨이 필라테스 교육 과정에 참석하는 모든 참가자는 세시간가량의 온라인교육 과정을 수강해야합니다. 온라인 강의는 세 가지의 강좌, 즉 필라테스의 역사와 발전, Polestar 운동 원리, 직업윤리 및 실습영역으로 구성됩니다. 각 세션을 마치면 간단한 온라인 필기시험을 봐야 합니다.
- Gateway Equipment (GEq) - This two-day Pilates experience will teach you how to provide basic Pilates Equipment classes comprised of preparatory and original Pilates Equipment exercises. The Gateway educator will provide ample experiences for real time practice of each of the Pilates Equipment sequences.
- 게이트웨이 기구(GEq) - 이틀에 걸친 필라테스 수업을 통해 준비 및 오리지널 필라테스 기구 운동으로 구성된 기본 필라테스 기구 강의 제공 방법을 알려드립니다. 게이트웨이 강사는 필라테스 기구 시퀀스 실시간 실습의 위해 충분한 경혐을 제공합니다.

Requirements
- 25 hours of private or group Pilates classes
- Basic knowledge of Anatomy or Anatomy Course.
