Obtain a globally respected qualification! Polestar’s competency exams measure your ability to justify your exercise selections or treatment plan.

Each exam, whether it be the Mat, Studio, Rehab or Reformer will consist of three parts:

A written exam consisting of 50 multiple choice questions.
Written class development and/or case study. Students create two, hour-long mat classes for a specific class population.
A practical section which will test self mastery and teaching skills.

You can earn Polestar qualifications in Studio, Reformer, Mat and Rehabilitation. Fitness qualification Fitness qualification in Mat, Reformer and Studio is available to personal trainers and group exercise instructors, as well as instructors of movement arts such as dance, yoga, and Tai Chi, and practitioners of somatic movement such as Feldenkrais® and Alexander® techniques. Polestar offers the most comprehensive qualification exams in the field of Pilates-evolved techniques. Rehab qualification The Rehab qualification is designed for the Rehab professional (Doctors, Physios etc)
