About Core Pilates Health
Core Pilates Health was established in 2006. Core is a fully equipped and professional studio as well as a host centre of Polestar Pilates education. Our dedicated team of Pilates Instructors, Physiotherapists, Spine and Sports Rehabilitation doctor and Dance professionals allow us to cater for almost any person from post rehabilitative surgery, post injury rehab, fitness enthusiasts, to dancers and elite athletes. We also offer GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® classes. Our studio is within walking distance of MRT Shi-lin Station.
