Program: two days, eight sessions
Workout 1
Ne・Ji・Ru Pilates
Plenty of rotational movement woven into basic mat exercises. By adding the connection, flow, and depth that comes from twisting, you will feel your usual movements in a refreshingly different way.
Workout 2 · 60 min
Let's Have a Ball — Play · Explore · Move
Explore the possibilities of new movement using a ball. A slight change in perspective or sensory input can transform how the body feels — a playful, insightful session that adds fresh ideas and color to your daily teaching.
Workshop 1 · 3 hours
The Whole Repertoire
As instructors gain experience, repertoire can quietly narrow toward conservative patterns; as it grows, solutions become more complex. Rather than adding more exercises, this workshop expands your repertoire by deepening understanding.
Workshop 2 · 3 hours
Start with the Person
The most powerful skill in teaching is not technical — it is the relationship. Through a clear framework of questions to ask at the beginning, middle, and end of a session, rediscover the deeper essence of teaching and help clients align long-term outcomes with their everyday choices.
Morning Workout
Fun Class with TheraBand
The TheraBand helps you feel the stretch and learn the trajectory of a movement. Often reserved for private sessions, here it powers a fun group class — and coordinating with your peers might make it harder, or easier. Try it and see.
Workshop 3 · 3 hours
Hope for Your Pelvic Floor
Drawing on her book, Claire explores pelvic-floor health through simple explanations, guided exercises, and real-life application. Through reading, discussion, and Q&A, discover how breathing, posture, and movement support pelvic-floor health — gently and effectively, over the long term.
Workshop 4 · 4 hours
Bridging the Gap
Why does the same exercise produce completely different results on the Reformer versus the mat? Explore load, support, range of motion, and coordination through the lens of whole-body and pelvic-floor health — and feel how small changes in springs, posture, and cueing make a significant difference. The central theme: comparison.
Pricing
