Brent Anderson
布伦特安德森博士,PT,OCS,北极星普拉提总裁兼首席执行官。22年以上注册物理治疗
师,骨科认证专家,于1989在加利福尼亚大学获得物理治疗博士学位。他的博士论文探讨
了普拉提康复对慢性腰痛的使用心理和情绪健康和生活质量的影响。
课 题No. 1
Optimizing the Infinity Footbar
发挥reformer全轨道的footbar优势。学习如何改变footbar方向,在普拉提练习中从而改变运
动的助力和阻力的程度,使得客户在练习中增加或降低难度。将注意闭链和开放链练习及
其与足部弹簧阻力的关系。体验14个只能在全轨道reformer上执行的新练习。
Discover the full advantages of the Infinity Footbar on the Balanced Body® Reformer.
Learn how changing the orientation of the footbar can shift the degree of assistance and
resistance pertaining to the traditional repertoire of Pilates exercises, and how this can be
used to facilitate or challenge movement for clients. Attention will be placed on closed
and open chain exercises and their relation to the spring resistance at the foot.
Experience 14 new exercises that can only be performed on the Infinity Bar.

Myth and Science of Pilates Breathing
探讨呼吸的科学和实际应用,它涉及到在普拉提环境中的运动效率。重点将放在如何呼吸

Explore the scientific and practical applications of breath as it pertains to movement
efficiency within the Pilates Environment. Emphasis will be placed on how breath
facilitates movement and how movement facilitates breath. Comparison will be performed
between varying breathing styles within the Pilates community and what is facilitated with
each style. Discussion will follow pertaining to the question “Is there a right way to
breathe?”

Pilates: The Modern Day Pill for Pain
本次的重点是最新的疼痛和疼痛调制科学。Anderson将讲授普拉提如何运动可以调节疼痛
的感知和生理、大脑和身体的血液。Anderson将教授语言、运动和知觉作为减轻疼痛的工
具。
This workshop will focus on the latest science of pain and pain modulation. Anderson will
expand on how Pilates’ movement experiences can actually modulate pain perception
and the physiology and blood chemistry of the brain and body. Anderson will teach the
use of language, movement and perception as tools to reduce pain. Discover how
through Pilates you can access your internal medicine cabinet.

The Runity Fundamentals

Is it not strange that a very large number of runners are injured each year practicing the very
activity our bodies are designed for? Decades of technological advances in sports equipment has
not reduced the incidence of running injuries. What is the solution then, to run without injury?
Running is a skill and you need to know the rules. The rules are based on running biomechanics,
neurophysiology and load optimisation. Knowledge of these aspects will allow you to master your
own skills as a runner and, after a gradual process of learning and adaptation, will radically
transform the way you run.

亚历山大·波兰德于1992年开始跟随普拉提元老级大师IngridLootvoet/Belgium学习普拉提,
随后又继续跟随Diane Mille, Elizabeth Larkam and Jean Claude West在内的数名国际普拉提
大师学习。随后加入了北极星普拉提并成为北极星欧洲联盟已有15年多. Alex是一位在德国
极具影响力的物理治疗师,也是北极星普拉提的资深导师。著有《Pilates-A Teachers’
Manual》

Pilates Arc for Back Pathology
这个工作坊会为你带来崭新的普拉提运动,解析如何通过普拉提弓形器( Pilates Arc )的
使用恢复身体的灵活性和促进人体力学解决背部疼痛病症.。学习如何以最功能性及有效性
的方法令脊柱还原其自然曲度。
In this workshop we will provide you with insight and useful exercises about what you can do
with the Pilates arc to restore mobility and facilitate body mechanics in order to solve pain
pathologies of the back. Learn how to restore the curves in a very functional and successful way
and teach a group arc class specifically for back clients to enhance your class schedule

Teach by Touch
在这个工作坊中我们将深度的探索如何在教学普拉提过程中在适当的时候用有效的方式给
予触觉提示,普拉提的触摸如何影响到身体的结构在不同的层次对不同人群的反应。纠
正、体位引导及指引性的触摸都是北极星的教学重点。你将学到更多的工具性方法,如恢
复,评估和平衡触摸会出现在普拉提的教学环境,这包括私课及团体课教学。
In this workshop we will have a close look and feel on how, where and when we touch in Pilates
and what impact we have on body structures and all layers of the individual. Corrective,
positioning and guiding touch are the Polestar categories. We will add more tools, like restoring,
assessing and balancing touch as it appears in the environment of Pilates in individual but also
