Social Networking
Polestar Pilates Asia has joined the Social Networking revolution, so find us on Facebook and Twitter! Both are great places to catch up on news/videos/promotions etc as well as communicate with each other.
Many of you are familiar with Facebook, but for those that aren't, it is a great place for people to share their thoughts and opinions with other like minded people. Polestar Pilates Asia will be posting news, interesting website links, videos and promotions on facebook so it is worth it to become a fan of our page and checking on it regularly. It also provides you with a chance to discuss all things Pilates with each other - Dawnna and the educators will be checking in from time to time as well to share their input on any topics that are being discussed.
Of course, Facebook is also a fun place where people intereact with each other on a social level, so let us know what you are up to or if you have any interesting/humurous pilates news to share.
