POLESTAR® Pilates Conference 2011 - Thank You!

The Pilates and Somactic Movement Conference was held this month and a great time was had by all. Thanks to those of you who attended, presented, hosted  and we look forward to the next event in Asia.

We hope that everybody left with a heightened awareness of the Rehab, Classical, and "Somatic" approaches to Pilates.

We also hope that everybody left with a heightened awareness of the Polestar Community within Asia - it is such a treat when we have a large group of like minded (and open minded) people in the same place and we hope to continue to organize similar events in the future.
