Focus Pilates was established in 2005 and soon after became a host
centre for Polestar Pilates instructor education, since then it has put
more than 150 people through Pilates instructor courses. Our dedicated
team of Pilates Instructors, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists
allow us to cater for almost any person from post rehabilitative
surgery, fitness enthusiasts, to elite athletes. Focus has a fully
equipped Allegro, private Pilates Studio and an integrated physiotherapy
clinic where all of our physiotherapists are trained in Polestar
Rehabilitation Pilates. We are located conveniently in the heart of
Singapore's CBD.
In 2010, Focus Pilates opened a second branch on Orchard rd, where most of the courses are now hosted.
